Damaged or Faulty Goods
If an item is damaged or faulty on delivery please take photographs, and please notify us immediately on 01884 849222 or via email at: email@example.com so we can arrange a replacement and collection of the damaged goods or a refund.
Damage to a product needs to be proved. If the firework fails to light due to wet weather conditions this is not accepted as a fault or as damage. Any failure of a firework to light or it stops part way through firing we would like to inspect the firework to establish the cause of failure. If we cannot do this we would expect photographic or video evidence as a minimum.
No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted. It is your responsibility as the organiser of the fireworks display to have adequate insurance cover.
When the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply Sonic Fireworks will accept cancellation of an order provided that the customer confirms in writing to the address on this website within seven days of receipt of the goods. Upon receipt of such cancellation Sonic Fireworks will notify the customer of the procedure for collection of the goods.
A charge will be made to the customer equal to the cost of collection and return to Sonic Fireworks
Appearance, description and duration differences
The videos & images of products on this site are for guidance only. Due to the 'hand-built' nature of fireworks the duration, effects and visuals can vary from batch to batch and from item to item. Explosive materials are erratic by nature and perform differently depending on environmental conditions at the time of firing.
Refund requests relating to fireworks not performing as the video or description are not accepted.
Your statutory rights are not affected. These policies are reviewed from time to time. This policy was lasted reviewed July 2023.
